1. Services Provided

SHER DeepAI provides access to artificial intelligence-related services, tools, and resources. The scope of these Services may change over time, and we reserve the right to update, expand, or discontinue them at our discretion.

From time to time, SHER DeepAI may provide beta or pre-release versions of its Services for testing. These Services are provided "as is" without warranties and may contain bugs or errors. You agree to provide feedback and acknowledge that functionality may change.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are allowed to use charts, graphs, or outputs generated by the Service for purposes other than internal use, provided that you clearly attribute the source to SHER DeepAI, including a link to our webpage (https://sherdeepai.com/stats). Prohibited Use (as outlined in Section 6) still applies.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• a. Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• b. Reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly perform, translate or create derivative works from the Services or Content without our prior consent.
• c. Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices without our prior written consent.
• d. Disable or circumvent security or technical features of the Services.
• e. Share your login credentials outside your team or organization.
• f. You agree that any information provided by the Services—including, but not limited to, algorithmic outputs, analyses, recommendations, forecasts, or assessments—should not be interpreted as professional advice of any kind. You understand that the results generated by our platform and/or algorithms may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable, and therefore should not be solely relied upon when making decisions. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional guidance before taking any action based on the data or signals produced by the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for other valid reasons.

8. Disclaimer

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Germany, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

SHER DeepAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

12. Feedback

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations to SHER DeepAI about the Services or Content ("Feedback"), you grant SHER DeepAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Services or Content without any compensation or obligation to you.

15. Miscellaneous
